Loved everything about this - the pastry, the texture, the flavour. So hard to find gluten free and vegan that isn’t overly sweet but this was perfect. Very glad I had something traditional to enjoy for Thanksgiving dessert. I ate half over a few days and froze the rest for Christmas! Can’t wait!

Perfect Pumpkin pie

I usually make pumpkin pie because it has to be both vegan and gluten free, so what a treat to find one I don't have to make with just the right spices, that is not TOO sweet... Just delicious
