These biscotti are baked in our DAIRY, EGG, WHEAT & GLUTEN FREE FACILITY. They're also Vegan • Cholesterol free • Lactose free • Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives • Trans fat free • Kosher Pareve • Halal

INGREDIENTS: Gluten-free flour blend (Whole grain brown rice flour, Tapioca flour, Almond flour, Organic coconut flour, Rice flour, Arrowroot flour, Potato starch, Cellulose, Psyllium, Plant-derived emulsifiers), Organic cane sugar, Filtered water, Canola oil, Dried cranberries (Cranberries, Sugar, Sunflower oil), Almond protein powder, Pistachios, Non-alum baking powder, Natural flavours, Anise seed, Xanthan gum, Sea salt. The crunch and texture are great, however they contain anise. Anise is similar to fennel in taste and personally, I cannot stand it. I looked at the ingredients before purchasing and didn’t see either. Once my order came, I was soo excited to try one! And then I tasted it. I checked the package, & sure enough, anise is one of the last ingredients. Such a disappointment. Fennel and anise are such STRONG ACQUIRED tastes, I wish they listed it much clearer before I bought them, I would not have purchases them if I knew.
