We capture excess heat from our operations to supplement the heating of freezer floors, and are exploring innovative systems that recover excess heat from ovens and compressors to help heat our facilities during winter and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Reducing waste is part of how we bake smarter. That means making the most of every ingredient, product, and package.

Bake-in Cake Pans: Our Cake Pans are baked in the same tray they’re packaged in to reduce excess resources during production.

Just the Ends: Our Just the Ends treats are delicious way to give leftover tidbits of our treats a second life instead of letting them go to waste! We’ve saved over 380kg of food waste just in the past year from these treats. Let’s be honest, corner pieces are the best pieces anyways.
